Here's what I believe is the ONLY film footage of Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate instructor, Higa Seiko, performing Suparinpei kata. Higa was a student of Higaonna Kanryo and following his came under the wing of Miyagi Chojun. This film was shot not long before he passed away in 1966. Jorgen Albrechtsen – Breaking 3 and 5 ice blocks 1975

In 1975, Jorgen Albrechtsen, 5. Dan Kyokushinkai karate, broke 3 ice blocks at a tournament in Copenhagen, Denmark. Later that year he repeated the task at the head school in Copenhagen, but this time with 5 ice blocks.
